Each year, Central Illinois Woodturners, Lincoln Land Woodturners, and Flatland Woodturners, come together for a one day “mini-symposium” to share knowledge, meet others with similar interests, and watch demonstrations from local and professional wood turners. The event is named in honor of Keith Adams, who was very well liked and respected by members of all three clubs.
The 2024 Keith Adams Memorial Turning Saturday event will be hosted by Flatland Woodturners at their Champaign, Il. location CU Woodshop Supply, 1305 N Mckinely Ave on October 12th. More information will be posted as it becomes available on the club’s Facebook group.
