Each year, Central Illinois Woodturners, Lincoln Land Woodturners, and Flatland Woodturners, come together for a one day “mini-symposium” to share knowledge, meet others with similar interests, and watch demonstrations from local and professional wood turners. The event is named in honor of Keith Adams, who was very well liked and respected by members of all three clubs.
Tenatively the 2025 Keith Adams Memorial Turning Saturday event will be hosted by Central Illinois Woodturners at their Normal, Il. location, Youthbuild, probably in September 13. More information will be posted as it becomes available on the club’s Facebook group.
